纤维桩在前牙残冠残根修复中的应用观察

摘要 目的比较纤维桩与铸造金属桩修复前牙残冠残根的临床效果。方法对50例患者103颗前牙残冠进行修复治疗,随机分成A、B两组,其中A组49颗纤维桩修复,B组54颗铸造金属桩修复,通过1~3年的随访观察,从牙龈变色、桩核脱落、牙根松动、牙根折断等几方面观察修复效果。结果 A组纤维桩修复,桩核脱落1例,无根折现象,成功率97.9%;B组铸造桩核修复中,牙龈变色4例,桩核脱落2例,根折2例,成功率85.2%,两组之间存在显著性差异。结论纤维桩色泽好,强度高,能均衡牙根的应力分布,较好地恢复前牙的美观与功能,是一种较理想的修复材料。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of fiber post and cast metal post on restoration of residual crown and root in anterior teeth. Methods The 50 patients, with 103 residual crowns and roots, were randomly divided into two groups. The A group with 49 teeth were used fiber post and the B group with 54 teeth were used cast metal post respectively. After 1 - 3 years, we observed the restoration effects from the occurrence of gingival discoloration, post-core fall off, root loose, root fracture and the other aspects. Results The success rates of A group using fiber post was 97.9% with one post-core fall off and without root fracture. The success rates of B group using cast metal post was 85.2% with four gingival discolorations, two post-cores fall off and two roots fracture. And there was a significant difference among the two groups. Conclusion Fiber post is an ideal restoration material, which can show better color, higher strength, and can balance stress distribution of root as also as it can restore the appearance and function of the anterior teeth.
