下牙槽嵴低平的全口义齿修复体会

目的探讨无牙颌特别是下牙槽嵴低平患者全口义齿的修复效果。方法无牙颌且下牙槽嵴低平患者26例进行精细设计、制作,并测试修复效果。结果下牙槽嵴低平患者经过全口义齿修复21例效果令人满意,其余5例经垫底、重做咀嚼功能也得到改善。结论影响全口义齿修复效果的因素是多方面的,牙槽嵴是修复基础,但不是决定因素,通过精细设计、精良制作、牙槽嵴低平患者全口修复也能达到满意的效果。

Objective Discussion of edentulous especially in patients with low and flat alveolar ridge of complete denture restoration. Methods The edentulous alveolar ridge and down fiat in 26 patients were fine design, production, testing and repairing effect. Results In patients with low and flat alveolar ridge after complete denture restoration in 21 patients was satisfactory, the remaining 5 cases by the bottom, redo also improve the masticatory efficiency. Conclusion Influence of denture repair effect is many sided, alveolar repair base, but not the deciding factor, through careful design, sophisticated production, patients with low and flat alveolar ridge full mouth rehabilitation could achieve satisfactory results.
