“消癌平”对人肝癌细胞治疗作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Influence of “Cancer eliminating Injection”on Human Hepatocarcinoma Cells

为探讨“消癌平”(乌骨藤水溶针剂 )对人体肝癌细胞的影响 ,采用MTT比色法和放射免疫法 ,分别观察它对体外培养的人肝癌BeI 740 4细胞、HepG2 细胞的作用 ,以及对人肝癌细胞甲胎蛋白 (AFP)分泌的影响。结果 :消癌平对上述肝癌细胞有显著的抑制作用 ,能显著降低AFP的分泌。提示消癌平在抑制肝癌细胞增殖的同时 ,能使AFP分泌量降低 ,可能使肝癌细胞向正常方向分化。

To investigate the influence of “Cancer eliminating Injection”(a water soluble injection of fleece flower stem) on hepatocarcinoma cells,MTT colorimetric method and radioimmunoassay were applied to observe the influence of the injection on hepatocarcinoma cells BeI 7404,HepG 2 in vitro and on the secretion of AFP in human body.Results showed that the injection could inhibit the hepatocarcinoma cells and significantly decrease the secretion of AFP,indicating that the injection could inhibit the proliferation and reduce the secretion of AFP,which possibly made hepatocaecinoma cells differentiate towards the normal.
