垫对颞下颌关节疾病患者关节滑液TNF-α浓度的影响

目的观察垫治疗是否影响颞下颌关节疾病患者关节滑液的TNF-α水平。方法治疗组患者24名,戴稳定垫3个月;对照组患者20名,3个月内未做治疗。通过关节冲洗方法,获得关节冲洗液作检测分析。结果实验前后与分组间有交互作用,治疗组和对照组实验前后的关节液TNF-α浓度变化有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 垫治疗能降低关节液TNF-α水平。

Objective To investigate the change of TNF-αconcentration in synovial fluid from temporomandibular joints under splint therapy. Methods 24 patients with temporomandibular disorders as a splint therapy group undergone 3 months of splint therapy. 20 patients with the same diagnosis were a control group in which no management was undergone. Synovial fluid were obtained by arthrocentesis for analyzing the TNF- αconcentration in the end. Results There was interactive effect of time on theray and different grous, P〈0.05, TNF-αeoneentration changes had difference between theray group and control group. Conclusion Splint therapy can decrease TNF-αconcentration in synovial fluid from temporomandibular joints.
