中西医结合治疗难治性心力衰竭48例观察

目的观察中西医结合方法治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择难治性心力衰竭患者48例,采取中西医结合疗法治疗10d,观察心功能及主要临床症状、体征的变化。结果静息性呼吸困难消失,心功能改善I级及以上47例(97.92%);肺部!音消失44例(91.67%),!音减少3例(6.25%),下肢水肿完全消失27例(84.37%),明显减轻5例(15.63%);治疗有效47例,有效率97.92%。结论中西医结合疗法在治疗难治性心力衰竭中具有良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of refractory heart failure with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 48 patients with refractory heart failure were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for 10 days. The changes of cardiac function, main clinical symptoms and signs were observated. Results There were 47 （97.92%） cases whose resting dyspnea disappeared, and heart function improved for I -level or above. The cases of pulmonary rale lost were 44 （91.67%）, rale reduced were 3 （6.25%）. And the cases whose lower extremity edema completely disappeared were 27 （84.37%）, significantly reduced were 5 （15.63%）; Treatments of 47 cases are effective with the efficacy of 97.92%. Conclusion The treatment for refractory heart failure with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy is very effective.
