摘要
为观察根据健脾益肾化湿法组方治疗扁平苔癣的疗效 ,随机分设中药治疗组和西药对照组 (维生素B12 、B1)各 30例作疗效对照 ,疗程均为 8周。结果 :治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为70 .0 0 %、13.33% ,P <0 .0 1。
To observe the clinical effects of spleen kidney nourishing and dampness eliminating therapy in treating lichen planus,patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases treated by Chinese medicine) and control group (30 cases treated by vitamin B 12 and B 1).They were all treated for 8 weeks.The effective rates were 70.00% and 13.33% respectively in treatment and control groups,with a great difference between the two groups(P<0.01).
