中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎HP阳性的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chronic Gastritis Treated by Chinese Medicine by Phases

为观察中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的疗效。设治疗组 43例 (先以化湿理气法治疗15天 ,后健脾和胃法治疗 75天 ) ,对照组 37例 (养胃冲剂合羟氨苄青霉素胶囊治疗 3个月 )。结果 :临床症状均明显改善 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;HP转阴率 ,治疗组 5 8 1% ,对照组 48 6 % ,组间比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组对消退炎症 ,治疗前后比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组治疗前后比较则无明显改善 ;观察两组病例对腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生方面 ,虽有改善作用 ,但无明显疗效。提示分阶段治疗慢性胃炎HP阳性患者 ,能明显改善临床症状、减轻炎性反应 ,对HP转阴有较好疗效。

To observe the therapeutic effects of chronic gastritis treated Chinese medicine by phases,patients with chronic gastritis were categorized into treatment group(43 cases treated first by eliminating dampness and regulating qi and then by nourishing spleen and stomach)and control group(37 cases treated by stomach nourishing mixture and amoxicillin capsule).The clinical symptoms and signs,HP inhibiting rates and histopathological examination in the two groups were compared.Results showed that the clinical symptoms and signs,and histopathology improved more greatly in treatment group than in control group( P <0.05);there was a striking difference in HP inhibiting rates between pretreatment and posttreatment in the two groups;but there was no difference in HP inhibiting rates between the two groups(P>0.05).
