随着我国社会经济的不断发展,路桥工程的建设规模越来越大,路桥施工的复杂性和施工强度也不断的增强,怎样创新施工管理方法在路桥施工的过程中就显得特别的重要。本文先是分析了路桥施工管理过程存在的问题,然后对管理过程的创新管理进行了分析。

Along with the development of social economy, road and bridge engineering construction scale is getting bigger and bigger, the complexity of the road ＆ bridge construction and construction strength are unceasingly enhanced. It is important to innovate the construction management method in the road and bridge construction process. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in road ＆ bridge construction management process, and then analyzes about innovation management of management process.
