监理工程师对工程造价的有效控制能够提高建设项目管理水平,是实现投资控制目标的重要手段。本文从工程决策,设计,施工三阶段分析在工程建设过程中监理工程师的造价控制工作。
The effective project cost control of supervision engineer can improve the construction project management level, is an important means to achieve investment control target. This article analyzes the project cost control of supervision engineer in the project construction process from the decision of project, design, and construction.
