摘要
针对TJD胶粉厂在生产过程中存在原材料过于分散、工人搬运时间过长、设施混乱等问题,运用SLP方法对整个生产现场进行布局优化。结合工厂实际应用作业单位综合相关图进行分析计算,提出了生产现场的两个布局方案,并应用关键因素评价法对方案进行评价分析,得到最优方案,从而优化生产系统,达到提高生产效率的目的。
According to the issues of scattered raw materials, wasted workers handling time, confused layout of the facilities of the TJD crumb rubber plant in the production process, the layout of the entire production site is optimized by application of the SLP method. Combined with the practical, two proposed layout plans is obtained by the application of operation unit integrated correlation chart analysis and calculation. Then the optimal planning is found by using key factor in the evaluation of program evaluation and analysis in order to optimization of production systems, to improve production efficiency.
