摘要
文章探索推广过程中工作效率低下的关键影响因素,并进一步地从投入——产出两个方面系统地分析现行激励机制缺失的根本缘由,再而运用管理学的激励理论来提出相关政策建议,完善现行推广组织激励机制,为组织的推广工作的进行提供保障,从而为水利新技术推广中工作的优劣提供理论范式。
This article is to explore the key factors of the low work efficiency. It analyzes the basic reason of present incentive mechanism flaw from "investment--delivery" two factors. It uses the drive theory on management to propose the related policy in order to make the present promotion organization incentive mechanism better, and provides safeguard for organization's promoted work, thus to provide the theory model for the perfect or bad work of the dissemination of water conservancy new technology.
