摘要
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法及实践法等研究方法对竞技体操课程心理教学环境建设进行研究。研究认为,由于竞技体操课程自身的特征,其对心理教学环境的要求较高,在竞技体操课程教学活动中,形成和谐的竞技体操课程人际关系、充分发挥榜样和典型的作用及营造宽松、和谐、民主的竞技体操课程氛围将能更好地实现竞技体操的教学目标及提高其教学效率。
Through the literature study, expert interviews and other research methods, the construction of the psychological teaching environment of competitive gymnastics programs is studied. The study thinks that, due to the characteristics of the competitive gymnastics program, it has higher requirements for psychological teaching environment. In gymnastics teaching activities, to form harmonious interpersonal relationships in competitive gymnastics programs, give full play to the role of models, and create a relaxed and harmonious class atmosphere can better achieve the goal of gymnastics teaching and improve teaching efficiency.
