Exploration and Practice of “Professional Tutor” System Implemented in Vocational Technology Colleges

通过目前高职院校学生的现状,分析了高职院校设立"专业导师"的必要性和紧迫性,阐述了"专业导师"的职能和实施"专业导师"的环境,通过宝鸡职业技术学院实施"专业导师"制的探索分析了"专业导师"制实施效果。

Through the current situation of the students in vocational technology colleges, this paper analyzed necessity and urgency of setting up ＂professional tutor＂ in vocational technology colleges, explaied the function of the ＂professional tutor＂ and the implementation environment. It analyzed the implementing effect of the ＂Professional tutor＂ system by the exploration that had been made in the Baoji Vocational Technology College.
