磁敏感加权成像技术在颅脑弥漫性轴索损伤中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 随着现代社会生活的变化,脑外伤发生率越来越高,弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuse axonal injury,DAI)是脑外伤中较常见且较严重的一类疾病,又称脑白质剪切伤,是由脑灰白质剪切力作用后引起的,以脑深部神经轴索肿胀、撕裂以及轴索并行小血管破裂为特征的一种原发性闭合性颅脑损伤^[1]。
