胰腺结石的诊断和外科治疗

The diagnosis and surgical treatment of pancreatic lithiasis

目的 :探讨胰腺结石的诊断和外科治疗手段。方法 :分析 8例胰腺结石病人的临床特点、诊断手段、外科治疗方法。结果 :全组病例通过腹平片、B超、CT、ERCP确诊 ,全组行手术治疗。结论 :胰腺结石病人症状与结石数量、分布位置有关 ,诊断主要靠腹平片、B超、CT、ERCP等。胰腺结石一经确诊 。

Objectives:[WT5BZ]To explore the means of diagnosis and surgical trea tment in pancreatic lithiasis.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]8 cases with pancreatic lithiasis were analyzed in the clinical features,means of diagnosis and methods of surgical treatment.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]All cases had confirmed diagnosis and operation treatment by using abdominal plain films,B ultrasonarography、CT and ERCP.[WT5HZ]Conclusions: [WT5BZ]The symptoms in pancreatic lithiasis were correlated with the stone numbers and its Disapersed position.The diagnosis was mainly dependent on adbominal plain films,B ultrasonarography,CT and ERCP.Operation treatment would be selected when the diagnosis of pancreatic lithiasis was confirmed.
