四川省县域经济发展水平评价与成因分析

县是我国从古至今最稳定的基层行政区划,县域经济分析是我国最主要的经济分析形式之一。我国学者已经对各个省、自治区的县域经济,通过不同的研究方法进行了具体研究,并就提升各地的县域经济发展水平提出了政策建议。但是目前的研究存在的将市县两分、研究区域不全面的问题,特别是对四川省县域经济的研究将城市和农村割裂开来。本文通过单指标分析和秩和比法与聚类分析相结合的方法,将整个四川省全部纳入研究范围进行研究。研究发现四川省的县域经济发展除了具有城乡不协调、受地形制约大的问题外,还存在明显的受行政区划影响的现象,并提出了相应的解决建议。

Counties are the most stable basic administrative divisions in China of all time.The analysis of county-scale economy is one of the main economic analysis in China.Researchers in China have studied the cunty-scale economy in each province and autonomous region by different means,and give some advice on how to improve it.However,these studies divide municipalities and counties,thus they havent’ encovered the whole provinces,especially aparts the urban and rural area in Sichuan.This study encovers the whole province of Sichuan by means of single index analysis and RSR with cluster analysis.It concludes that the county-scale economy in Sichuan shows some problems,except that it is urban and rural area uncoordinated and restricted by terrain,it is obviously affected by administrative divisions.Then the authors give some solutions to improve it.
