摘要
《鹿特丹规则》有关承运人责任的规定反映了当今国际社会调整国际海上货物运输关系的发展趋势,本文对该公约中承运人的归责原则、适航义务、单位赔偿限额、责任期间的变化进行了分析,本文还就我国参加公约的时机以及修改《海商法》等问题提出了建议。
Under the Rotterdam Rules,some provisions of carrier’s liability reflect the tendency which international community adjusts maritime transport relationship.The article analyses some changes of carrier’s liability and also brings up some proposals on the opportunity of acceding in the convention and amending Maritime Code of the People’s Republic of China.
