高新技术产业与创新型城市关联度的实证研究

New hi-tech industry and innovation city relation's demonstrative research

高新技术产业和创新型城市之间具有一定的敏感性,实证研究的结果表明:创新能力较高的城市,高新技术产业的发展具有一定稳定性,对创新型城市具有较高的影响程度,其弹性指标具有相对较高的刚性;创新能力相对较差的城市创新指标具有一定的波动性,且波动程度较高,高新技术产业的发展与城市发展的相关性相对较弱,对创新型城市的带动能力相对较弱;创新能力相对较差的城市,高新技术产业的发展维持在相对较低的稳定水平,对创新型城市发展贡献率较低。由此,应从主体创新能力、交流平台、园区建设、基础设施等创新要素培育方面提升高新技术产业与创新型城市互动发展的耦合度。

It is certain that there has sensitivity between high and new technology industries and an innovative city.The empirical research results show that the development of high-tech industries of the city which has high innovation ability has certain stability.It has high degree of influence for an innovative city,and its flexibility index is rigid.The index is volatile of the cities which have poor innovation ability.The development of high-tech industries of the poor innovation city has low level of stability,its contribution rate to the city is low.Thus,we should improve the interactive development of coupling between high and new technology industry and an innovative city from the main innovation ability,communication platform,park construction,infrastructure construction and so on.
