中国—东盟背景下广西高校国际化人才培养的思考

Thinking of Guangxi university international talent cultivation under China--EU Background

中国-东盟自由贸易区的发展需要大批量的国际化人才,广西高校作为人才培养的首要基地,理应抓住这一机遇,努力造就国际化人才,这不仅对高校的壮大且对整个广西经济的发展都起到促进的作用。目前,广西高校国际化人才培养面临着国际化人才培养意识薄弱,政府扶持力度不够,培养目标不明确,培养方式落后,学生参与意识不强等问题。为此,应通过更新观念、完善政策、明确培养目标、培养学生主体参与意识等措施来解决。

As the progress of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area（CAFTA） needs numerous internationalized talents,Guangxi colleges and universities,acting as the primary base of talents cultivation,should grasp this opportunity to foster internationalized talents,which will promote the expansion of colleges and universities and the economic growth of the whole Guangxi.At present,in internationalized talents cultivation,Guangxi colleges and universities are faced with many problems,such as weak consciousness in talents cultivation,insufficient government support,unclear cultivation objectives,backward cultivation ways and weak sense of students’ participation,etc.For this reason,it should be solved by renovating conception,perfecting policies,determining cultivation objectives,and cultivate the sense of participation of students.
