摘要
用溶液法合成了一种新型的钴配合物[Co2(NDC)2.Phen.H2O]n(NDC=1,4-萘二甲酸根,Phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉),用X射线单晶衍射分析确定了配合物的结构.该配合物属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=0.817 70(5)nm,b=1.944 72(12)nm,c=1.894 43(11)nm,β=101.943 0(10)°,V=2.947 3(3)nm3,Z=4,D=1.678mg/m3,μ=1.192mm-1,F(000)=1 512.该配合物是由1,4-萘二甲酸根桥联而成的三维网络结构,晶体中存在2种Co(Ⅱ)离子,二者都为六配位的变形八面体几何构型,但配位环境不同.配体1,4-萘二甲酸根的配位方式有桥联双齿-桥联三齿和桥联双齿-桥联双齿2种模式,1,10-邻菲啰啉为螯合双齿配体.
A new complex,[Co2(NDC)2·Phen·H2O]n(NDC=1,4-napthalenedicarboxylate,Phen=1,10-phenanthroline),has been obtained by solvent method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The complex belongs to monoclinic system,P21/c space group with a=0.817 70(5) nm,b=1.944 72(12) nm,c=1.894 43(11) nm,β=101.943 0(10)°,V=2.947 3(3) nm3,Z=4,D=1.678 mg/m3,μ=1.192 mm-1,F(000)=1 512.The complex is three dimensional network structure formed by 1,4-napthalenedicarboxylate-bridgerd.Two kinds Co(Ⅱ) ions lie in the crystal with the different coordinated environments.They are both six-coordinated with the distorted octahedron geometry.The Co(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by the ligand NDC in bidentate-bridging/tridentate-bridging and bidentate-bridging/ bidentate-bridging modes.Phen is coordiated with Co(Ⅱ) ion in bidentate chelating mode.
