自动痔套扎术联合外痔切除术与Milligan-Morga术治疗混合痔的疗效比较

Comparation of Automatic Ligation of Hemorrhoids Combined with External Resection and Milligan-Morga's Operation in Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients

目的:比较自动痔套扎术联合外痔切除术与传统Milligan-Morga术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:将80例混合痔患者随机分成2组,自动痔套扎术联合外痔切除术组(联合术组,n=40)和Milligan-Morga术组(n=40)比较两组的治疗效果。结果:联合术组治愈32例,好转8例,治愈率80%;Milligan-Morga术组治愈34例,好转6例,治愈率分别为85%。两组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的疼痛、水肿、出血等术后并发症的发生率无显著差异,但联合术组患者疼痛较轻,创伤较小。结论:自动痔套扎术联合外痔切除术与传统Milligan-Morga术的治疗效果和安全性相似。

Objective：To compare the efficacy of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with external resection and Milli- gan-Morga＇s operation in mixed hemorrhoids patients. Methods： A total of 80 cases of mixed hemorrhoid were divided to two groups,each group included 40 patients. Patients in one group underwent automatic ligation and external resection of hemor- rhoids （combination group）, while patients in the other group underwent Milligan-Morga＇s surgical operation （Milligan-Morga group）. The curative effects of both groups were evaluated. Results： In the cornbination group, 32 cases were cured, 8 cases were improved, and the cure rate was 80%; while in Milligan-Morga group, 34 cases were cured, 6 cases were improved, the cure rate was 85 %. The cure rates between the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The incidences of postop- erative complications, such as pain, edema and hemorrhage, were similar in the two groups. However, the combination group had less pain and trauma. Conclusions： The efficacy and safety of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with external re- section were similar as the traditional Milligan-Morga surgery.
