江苏省徐州地区健康体检者蛋白尿检出现状及其危险因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究徐州地区健康体检者蛋白尿的现状及相关危险因素。方法:回顾分析江苏省徐州市中心医院体检中心2006年—2009年完成的有效体检资料36 720份,根据尿蛋白检测结果,用χ2检验、t检验、logistic回归等方法进行现况描述和相关因素研究。结果:共检出蛋白尿患者1 079例,蛋白尿的总患病率为2.94%,男性患病率(3.70%)显著高于女性患病率(1.47%)(X2=144.521,P<0.001)。随着年龄增加男性的患病率持续增加,女性患病率先低平后持续增加。男性、糖尿病、高血浆黏度、高血压、高血脂、高体质量指数、高胆固醇血症、乙肝表面抗原阳性以及丙氨酸氨基转移酶偏高均是蛋白尿的独立危险因素,红细胞尿、白细胞尿、血尿素氮偏高、血肌酐偏高也与蛋白尿密切相关。结论:徐州地区健康体检者蛋白尿患病率的性别差异显著,可能与男性不健康生活方式和女性雌激素水平有关。 Objective:To investigate the prevalence and risk factors in of proteinuria Xuzhou area. Methods: The data of 36 720 people underwent physical examination from 2006 to 2009 in Xuzhou Central Hospital was analyzed by chi-square test,t-test and logistic regression. Results: There were 1079 cases of proteinuria, and the prevalence rate was 2.94%. The prevalence rate in males (3.70%) was significantly higher than that in females(1.47%)(X^2 = 144. 521 , P〈0. 001) o As age increased,the rate of proteinuria increased steadily in males, but reduced first and then increased in females. Male, diabetes, high plasma viscosi ty, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, high body mass index(BMI), hypercholesterolemia, Hepatitis B surface antigen-positive , high alanine aminotransferase(ALT) were independent risk factors for proteinuria. Red blood cell urine, white blood cell urine, high blood urea nitrogen and high serum creatinine were associatted with proteinuria independently. Conclusions: The preva- lence rate of proteinuria is significantly different between males and females, probably because of unhealthy life style in males and high level of estrogens in females. The risk factors show that unhealthy life style lead to not only metabolism problem but also porteinuria.
