复发性尿路感染的细菌检验及抗菌对策

Bacterial Detection and Antibacterial Solution for Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection

目的:探讨复发性尿路感染细菌的检测及治疗方法。方法:将86例复发性尿路感染患者随机分成两组:中西药组(n=43)和西药组(n=43)。以临床治愈为目标,采用治疗期、巩固期(药物减量)、维持期(每晚1次)和观察期(停用药物)分期长疗程治疗。根据尿细菌培养和敏感试验及临床验证选用抗生素。西药组采用多种抗生素轮换应用,中西药组加用中成药。结果:86例总治愈率为89.5%(77/86),中西药组和西药组治愈率无显著差异。中西药组治疗的巩固期和总疗程均显著短于西药组。患者治疗前后血常规、肝肾功能无明显变化。结论:采用治疗期、巩固期和维持期的分期治疗以及中西医结合、抗生素轮流用药的策略治疗复发性尿路感染治愈率高,安全性好。

A total of 86 patients with recurrent urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups, 43 in Chinese and Western medicine group while 43 in Western medicine group. Long-course treatment was carried out by different stages which were treatment stage, consolidation stage （reducing drug dose）, maintenance stage （once every night） and observation stage （drug suspension）. Ac- cording to urine germiculture, susceptibility test and clinical verification, antibiotics were selected. For Western medicine group, a vari- ety of antibiotics were used alternatively, while patients in Chinese and Western medicine group were given Ningmitai as a plus. Results： Among 86 patients, 77 cases（89. 5 %）were cured. The cure rates of the two groups had no significant difference. The consolidation stage and the overall treatment time in medicine group were significantly shorter than those in Western medicine group（P〈0. 05）. In both groups, there were no significant changes in the result of blood routine tests, liver and renal functions before and after the treat- ment. Conclusions： Treatment according to different stages, combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, alternative medi- cine have good curative effects for recurrent urinary tract infection.
