摘要
目的探讨个体化健康教育在高血压治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2009年2月到2011年12月选择在我院治疗的高血压患者140例,都采用个体化教育模式进行干预。结果经过健康教育后,所有患者都痊愈出院,同时SAS得分≥40分患者人数明显减少(P<0.05),同时收缩压与舒张压都有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论通过个体化健康教育干预,可使高血压患者在药物治疗的同时身心放松,起到辅助降压的作用。
Objective Discuss the application effect of individual health education in hypertension treatment. Method Select 140 hypertensive admitted by our hospital from February, 2009 to December, 2011 that are all intervened by the individual health education model. Result After the health education, all the patients are cured and discharged from hospital. In the meanwhile, the number of patients with SAS score_〉40 is apparently reduced (P〈0.05), and the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure are descended clearly at the same time (P〈0.05). Conclusion The intervention of individual health education takes a supplementary effect in decompression and can help relax the mind and body of the hypertensive when taking pharmacotherapy.
