摘要
本文阐述了我国行政约谈制度的基本概念和发展特点,分析了当前质量技术监督领域行政约谈制度建设的意义和存在的主要问题,结合质监工作职责和要求,从法律体系、制度内容、运行程序三个方面,有针对性地提出了发展对策和设计路径,旨在为推动约谈制度建设和提升行政监管效能提供有益帮助。
This article explained the basic concepts and development features of administrative interviews regime in China, and analyzed the significance of system building and main existing problems of its application in quality and technical supervision. Incorporated with the responsibilities and requirements of quality and technical supervision, the article proposed measures for the development and design approaches through three aspects, which include legal system, institution and operation procedure. The article intended to promote institution building for the administrative interview and to enhance the performance of administrative supervision.
