摘要
目的:探讨局部麻醉下电动吸切器治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:局麻下使用电动吸切器行病变鼻窦开放术;局部麻醉下咬切钳及开筛钳行病变鼻窦开放术;全麻控制性降压下行病变鼻窦开放术。结果:局部麻醉下电动吸切器治疗患者的疗效明显好于咬切钳及开筛钳治疗或全麻控制性降压下的病变鼻窦开放术治疗的疗效,且并发症发生低、出血量少、疼痛轻,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:局麻下使用电动吸切器治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效好、并发症低。
Objective： To investigate the effect of electric microdebrider under local anesthesia in treating chronic sinusitis.Methods： The patients with chronic sinusitis were respectively treated with opening sinus by electric planer under local anesthesia,ethmoid forceps under local anesthesia,and combination of electric planer and ethmoid forceps under general anesthesia.Results： Therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery by electric planer was significantly better than other groups（P〈0.05）,including lower complication rate,less bleeding amount and postoperative pain.Conclusion： For patients with chronic sinusitis,endoscopic sinus surgery using electric planer under local anesthesia would improve the treating effect and reduce complications.
