摘要
采用微波辐射干燥制备3V5Mn5Ce/TiO2脱硝催化剂,考察反应条件对其脱硝活性的影响,并运用XRD、SEM和BET手段对催化剂进行了表征;通过NH3、O2和NO的瞬态响应实验探讨此催化剂的SCR反应机理。结果表明,催化剂具有较好的SCR脱硝活性,空速30000 h-1,220℃时脱硝效率达到93.9%;微波干燥能够增大催化剂的比表面积,减轻粒子的团聚,使晶粒变小,分布更加均匀,提高催化剂的SCR活性;瞬态响应实验表明在此催化剂上进行的SCR脱硝反应遵循E-R机理。
Denitration catalysts of 3V5Mn5Ce/TiO2 were prepared by microwave drying. The effects on catalytic activity of reaction conditions were studied. With the aid of such characteristics as XRD, SEM and BET, the crystalline phase, microstructure and surface area of the catalysts were studied. Mechanism of SCR reaction was studied by NH3, 02 and NO transient response experiments. Experimental results showed that microwave radiation could improve catalysts' SCR activity. Microwave dying could improve the pore structure and degree of dispersion of active constituent on the supporter. NO conversion of the microwave dying catalysts reaches 93.9% at 220℃. Transient response experiments showed that reactions on this catalyst followed E-R mechanism.
