褐煤和煤矸石混合热解研究 被引量:3

The Pyrolysis Study of Lignite and Coal Gangue

摘要 对某煤矿的褐煤和某煤矿煤矸石的混合物按(1:4,2:3,3:2和4:1)的比例进行热解。本实验采用热重分析法(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)。将试样分别在同一条件下进行试验,气氛为氮气,升温速率为10℃/min,压力为0.055 MPa,反应终止温度为1000℃。通过对试验结果分析,研究分析混合比对试样热解的影响,并得到最佳混合比。 Experiment about the pyrolysis of the Lignite (coal) and coal gangue's mixture in different proportion ( 1:4, 2:3, 3:2, 4:1 ) in different coal mine, and the experimental method is thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) . Put the sample in the same conditions for the test, atmosphere for N2, heating rate is 10℃/rain, pressure is 0.055MPa, response to terminate the temperature is 1000℃. By analyzing the test results, further study is to sample the different effects of the pyrolysis, and study the optimum proportion.
