摘要
为解决某电厂1号机组排烟温度高的问题,确定了单侧增设低压省煤器的方案。方案采取了烟气自吹灰、泄漏检测、防腐蚀及防磨的技术措施,同时优化了自动控制逻辑及挡板门调试方案,投资回收期较短。运行表明:单侧增设低压省煤器后,标煤耗降低1.51 g/kWh,节水9.76 t/h。为布袋除尘器安全运行创造了条件。
Considering the excessively high temperature of exhaust gas from #1 boiler in a power plant, the solution was determined based on the comparison of two schemes, in which the Low Pressure Economizer (LPE) was installed. Several important techniques are adopted to improve the reliability of LPE, such as soot self-blowing, leaking monitoring, protective measure for wear and low temperature corrosion. Automatic logic and commissioning scheme of baffle are improved and optimized. The results show that the newly-operated low pressure economizer reduces the consumption of standard coal by 1.51g/kWh and saving water by 9.76t/h. Furthermore, the gross investment is relative less than the other scheme. And the capital pay-offtime is about 2.5 years.
