摘要
蒙西1号机组在临界转速下高中压转子振动接近保护值,在稳定工况下高中压转子和低压转子振动接近报警值。诊断高中压转子振动故障为一、二阶质量不平衡;低压转子振动故障为晃度严重超标及存在少量的二阶质量不平衡。通过实施现场高速动平衡,将高中压转子临界转速下振动及稳定工况下机组轴系振动降低至优良水平。
The HIP rotor vibration amplitude at critical speed was close to trip value; the HIP and LP rotor vibration amplitude at rated speed was close to alarm value. Diagnostic conclusion was that the vibration fault of HIP rotor was the 1st mode and 2nd mode unbalance, and the main vibration fault of LP rotor was run-out, in addition there is also a small amount of 2nd unbalance in LP rotor. The shaft vibration in both critical speed and rated speed has been reduced to satisfied level by performing one shot field balancing.
