脑脓肿临床特点及治疗

Clinical Characteristics and Management of Brain Abscess(A report of 31 cases.)

目的 研究脑脓肿的病因学、临床特点及选择最佳的治疗方法。回顾分析１９８９￣２０００年使用ＣＴ后收治的３１例脑脓肿的临床特点、病因、影学表现、实验室检查及治疗方法。结果 保守治疗３例，２例治愈，１例死亡；手术治疗２８便，痊愈２４便，好转３例，重残１例，结论 脓肿直径小于２．５ｃｍ首选保守治疗；大于２．５ｃｍ首选脓肿穿刺引流要主。

Objective To study causes or clinical characteristics of brain abscess,and to choose a optimal treatment methods of brain abscess.Methods:The clinial characteristics,causes,manifestation in CT scanning,examination in laboratory and treatment methods were analyzed retrospectively in 31 patients with brain abscess after CT scanning used from 1989 to 2000.Results:Three patients were treated with antibiotics through intravenous injection for 3 to 6 weeks,2 of them recovered completely,1 was dead;of the 28 patients who received surgery,24 were recovered,3 got improved,1 was severe disable.Conclusion:The conservative threatment is the first choice for treatment of abscess less than 2 5cm in diameter;Drainage is the first choice for treatment of abscess larger than 2 5cm in diameter.
