20例小儿心脏瓣膜置换术分析

20 Cases of Heart Valve Replacement in Children

目的 比较２０例小儿心脏瓣膜置换术前后心功能变化。方法 全部病儿均施行单个瓣膜置换，同时修补并存的心脏畸形。采用自对照蝗研究方法，分析订前，术后一周的ＥＤＤ（左室舒张术直径）、ＳＶ（每搏输出量），ＥＦ（射血分数），ＦＳ（短轴缩短率）及ＣＴＲ（Ｘ线胸片测得心胸比值）等指标，结果 全组病例术后心功能均有明显改善。结论严格选择手术适应症，加强围手术期处理，手术方法。

Aim:To compare heart function changes before and after the twenty heart valve replacements in children.Methods:All patients underwent single valve replacement and were repaired the existing abnormality of heart at one time.Heart function changes before and after operation a weekj were analysed and researched.Results:There was significant difference of EDD、SV、EF、FS and CTR before and after operation a week(P<0 05).Conclusion:To elect strictly adaption disease of operation、To strengthen the manages during the operation、Methods of the operation、To elect the right valve and accurate anticoagulant therapy after the operation is the key of heart valve replacement in children.
