摘要
目的 比较左旋氧氟水星与氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染的疗效。方法 ６０便尿路感染患者民两组；左旋氧氟沙星治疗组２２例，氧氟沙星治疗组３８例，剂量两组均ｇ疗程７－１４ｄ。结果 左旋氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染的有效率分别为９１％和８４％，痊愈率为７７％和６１％，均无显著性差异。但左旋氧氟沙得对复杂性 尿路感染的疗效显著高于氧氟沙星。结论左旋氧氟沙星在治疗尿路感染时较氧氟沙星更为有效。
Objective:To compare the efficacy between levofloxacin and ofloxacin in the treatment of urinary infection.Methods:60 patients with urnary tract infection were divided into two groups.The levofloxacin group had 22 patients and the ofloxacin group 38 patients.Each group was treated with levofloxacin or ofloxacin in a regiment of 0 2g,bid for 7～14days for both.Results:There were no significant difference in effective rate and cure rate of levofloxacin and ofloxacin(P>0 05),but lovofloxacin is superior to ofloxacin in treatment of complicated chronic urinary infection.Conclusion:Levofloxacin may be more effective in the treatment of urinary tract infection than ofloxacin.
