仪表是工业生产的眼睛,关系到工艺流程的稳定性、物料配比的精确性和经济性以及生产过程中人员、设备的安全性。本文分析了发展多晶硅产业的意义、多晶硅生产的现状,重点介绍了E+H自动化仪表在多晶硅行业的应用情况及问题处理。
The instrument is the eye of the industrial production, which is related to stability, accuracy and security of the production process. This paper discusses the significance of the development of polysilicon industry. We address the problem of the E ＋ H automatic instrumentation in the polysilicon industry.
