摘要
针对制药工厂自动化应用的发展,以及工厂管理层对车间管理的进一步要求,提出了车间管理的一些典型问题并采用了OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness,全面设备效率)系统。利用当今的一些自动化应用技术、软件编程技术以及系统集成技术,部分给出了较合理的问题解决手段,为后续全面实施MES(Manufacturing Execution System,制造执行系统)积累了经验。同时还满足了有关CSV(Computer System Validation,计算机系统验证)的规范。
OEE system has been implemented in pharmaceutical factory for the requirement of pliant management level oriented to shop floor management and automation application development. Taking advantage of some current automating, software program- ming and system integrating technologies and partly working out reasonable problem solving solutions, this paper accumulates the experience for totally implementing MES system later. Furthermore, it complies with the CSV compliances.
