早发型重度子痫前期病人胎盘组织中TRPV6表达

THE EXPRESSION OF TRPV6 GENE IN PLACENTA OF PATIENTS WITH SEVERE EARLY ONSET PREECLAMPSIA

目的探讨瞬时感受器电位离子通道蛋白V亚家族6(TRPV6)在早发型重度子痫前期病人胎盘组织中的表达。方法选取正常妊娠及早发型重度子痫前期孕妇胎盘组织各30例,应用免疫组织化学方法定性分析各组胎盘组织中TRPV6的分布和表达。结果 TRPV6在胎盘组织中的表达主要位于滋养层细胞的胞膜和胞浆,早发型重度子痫前期孕妇胎盘组织中TRPV6的阳性表达率显著低于正常妊娠的孕妇(Z=6.45,P<0.01)。结论 TRPV6与早发型重度子痫前期的发生有一定关系。

Objective To investigate the expression of transient receptor potential vanilloid 6 （TRPV6） in early onset se- vere preeclampsia （EOSP）. Methods This study consisted of tissues of placenta taken from 30 normal and 30 EOSP pregnant women, the distribution and expression of TRPV6 were qualitatively analyzed by immunohlstochemistry. Results TRPV6 ex pression was mainly located in the cytomembrane, cytoplasm of trophoblast. The positive rate of TRPV6 expression in placenta of pregnant women with EOSP was significantly lower than that in normal pregnant women （Z=6.45,P〈0.01）. Conclusion A certain correlation exists between TRPV6 and severe early onset preeclampsia.
