创新医学研究生政治理论课实践教学的调查与思考

INNOVATION OF PRACTICAL TEACHING IN POLITICAL THEORY COURSE FOR MEDICAL POSTGRADUATES: SURVEYS AND THINKING

目的了解医学研究生政治理论课教学的现状与问题,探讨创新政治理论课实践教学的必要性及具体措施。方法通过问卷调查的方法,了解学生对实践教学必要性及组织形式等的评价。结果在专题授课中加强实践教学很有必要,但是学生对各种实践教学的兴趣及组织形式和方法的评价不同。结论创新医学研究生政治理论课实践教学,要着重从实践教学体系设计,强化教师的主导作用和提升学生主体地位几方面进行。

Objective To understand the current situation and problems of teaching political theory course in medical postgraduates,and explore the necessity and measures of the practical teaching of the course.Methods A questionnaire was applied to comprehend the assessment of students on various kinds of practical teaching.Results It was essential to enhance practical teaching in special topic,but the students＇ interest in various kinds of teaching,organization forms and methods were diffe-rent.Conclusion The innovation of teaching political theory course in medical postgraduates should be carried out from the following aspects： emphasizing practical teaching system,enhancement of leading function of the teachers,and promotion of the do-minant positions of students.
