摘要
目的研究心理健康状况对脑卒中发病的影响。方法采用SCL-90量表对162例初发脑卒中病人(脑卒中组)发病前的心理健康状况进行调查,并选择158例健康志愿者作为对照。结果脑卒中组躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、人际因子分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(t=8.58～12.79,P<0.01)。而两组敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中病人发病前心理健康状况较差,尤其在躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、人际敏感等负性情绪方面存在较为突出的心理问题,提示负性情绪可能是脑卒中发病的危险因素。
Objective To study the influence of mental health status on stroke.Methods By employing SCL-90 Scale,the premorbid mental health status of 162 patients with primary stroke（stroke group） was investigated,and 158 healthy volunteers were enrolled to be served as controls.Results In the stroke group,the scores of somatization,coercion,depression,anxiety and interpersonal were dramatically higher than that in the control group,the differences being significant（t=8.58-12.79,P〈0.01）.But the differences between the two groups were not significant in terms of hostile,terror,paranoia and psychoticism（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The premorbid mental health status of patients with stroke was less well,especially in somatization,depression,anxiety and interpersonal sensitiveness,indicating that negative emotions might be the risk factors contributing the occurrence of stroke.
