妊娠期糖尿病医学营养治疗及其对妊娠结局的影响

DIABETES MELLITUS IN GESTATIONAL PERIOD: NUTRITIONAL THERAPY AND ITS INFLUENCE ON PREGNANCY OUTCOME

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病的医学营养治疗及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择经产前检查诊断为妊娠期糖尿病病人100例(观察组),由营养师实施医学营养治疗;以同时期未进行医学营养治疗的妊娠期糖尿病病人100例作为对照组,比较两组的妊娠结局。结果观察组妊娠期发生妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多及围生儿发生胎儿窘迫、巨大儿的风险显著降低,差异有显著性(χ2=4.032～4.714,P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病病人尽早实施医学营养治疗,可降低产科并发症的发生率,维护母婴健康。

Objective To investigate nutritional therapy and its effect on the outcome for pregnant women with diabetes.Methods One hundread pregnant women were diagnosed prenatally as having diabetes were enrolled in this study（observation group）,a medical nutritional therapy was conducted by a dietitian;and 100 women with the same condition were enrolled to serve as controls who received no medical nutritional therapy.The pregnancy outcome was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe risk of high blood pressure during pregnancy,polyhydramnios,perinatal fetal distress and fetal macrosomia in observation group was lower than that in the control（χ2=4.032-4.714,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Medical nutrition therapy for pregnant women with DM should be conducted as early as possible,which can lower the incidence of obstetric complications and protect maternal and infant health.
