思美泰加赤丹汤治疗慢性乙型重度淤胆型肝炎效果

COTHERAPY WITH TRANSMETIL AND CHIDAN DECOCTIONS FOR SEVERE CHRONIC CHOLESTATIC HEPATITIS B

目的观察思美泰加赤丹汤治疗慢性乙型重度淤胆型肝炎的效果。方法将60例慢性乙型重度淤胆型肝炎病人随机分为2组,治疗组用思美泰加赤丹汤治疗,对照组用甘利欣150mg静滴,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组疗效明显好于对照组(u=4.76,P<0.01)。结论思美泰加赤丹汤是治疗慢性乙型重度淤胆型肝炎较好的方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of using Transmetil combined with Chidan decoctions for severe chronic cholestatic hepatitis B（CCHB）.Methods Sixty patients with severe CCHB were evenly randomized to two groups： treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group received Transmetil and Chidan decoctions,and those in the control group received intravenous drip of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate,150 mg once a day.The efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group（u=4.76,P〈0.01）.Conclusion It is a better therapy for severe CCHB by using Transmetil plus Chidan decoctions.
