摘要
目的探讨脊髓损伤病人间歇清洁导尿的护理治疗效果。方法对26例脊髓损伤伴膀胱功能障碍病人,采用间歇清洁导尿术及手法刺激,并于治疗前及治疗3个月后分别测量病人膀胱容量和残余尿量。结果22例病人建立了反射性膀胱,并可自主控制排尿。结论间歇清洁导尿可改善脊髓损伤病人膀胱功能,从而提高其生活质量。
Objective To assess the effect of intermittent clean catheterization（ICC） on patients＇ bladder function after spinal cord injuries（SCI）.Methods Twenty-six patients with bladder dysfunction due to SCI were treated by ICC and manual stimulus.The volume of bladder and residual urine were detected before and three months after treatment.Results After the treatment,a reflex bladder was created in 22 patients,who got the function of automatic micturition.Conclusion ICC can improve the bladder function of patients with SCI,and thus raise their quality of life.
