摘要
结合学校信息化管理工作的实践,介绍了青岛大学医学院在整合资源加强共享、优化大型精密仪器资源配置、提高实验室有效利用率和人才队伍建设等方面运用信息化管理取得的成功经验。阐述了强化信息化管理对提高实验室综合效益的重要作用。
Based on the practice of information management,the successful experience on this aspect of Qingdao University Medical College is introduced here in regard to the integration of resource sharing,optimization of resources allocation of large scale precise instrument,raise of effective utilization rate of laboratory,and development of qualified personnel.This paper explains the important effect of strengthening information-based management on raising comprehensive benefits of laboratory.
