鱼金注射液配合治疗喘息型支气管炎疗效观察

Investigation on Curative Effect of Yujin Injecttion Combined with Western Medicine for Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的 :了解鱼金注射液配合其它药物治疗喘息型支气管炎疗效观察。方法 :测检病者临床病状和体征改变 ;用血气分析仪测定PaO2 、PaCO2 ;彩色扩板法测定血清免疫球蛋白IgA ,IgG ,IgM。 结果 :有效率 97% ,与对照组比较 ,经 χ2 检验 ,P <0 .0 1;PaO2 及PaCO2 比较P <0 .0 5。结论 :鱼金注射液配合其它药物治疗息型支气管炎 ,疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yujin Injection combined with western medicine for asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:Patients' clinical symptom and sign change were observed, PaO 2 and PaCO 2 were determined by the blood qi analyzer, and serum immune globulin IgA, IgG and IgM were determined by the color spreading plate assay.Results:The total effective rate was 97% ( P <0.01) PaO 2 and PaCO 2 showed significant difference between the therapy group and control group ( P <0.05).Conclusions:Yujin Injection has a certain curative effect when it is applied to treat asthmatic bronchitis with western medicine.
