复方石韦片主要药效学实验研究

Experimental Study on Main Pharmacodynamics of Compound Shiwei Tablets

目的 :观察复方石韦片体外抑菌、抗炎、利尿作用。方法 :体外、内抑菌试验 ;角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀、棉球肉芽肿增生和对水负荷大鼠利尿作用。结果 :复方石韦片 2g/ml,1g/ml,0 .5 g/ml对几种常见的引起泌尿系统感染的细菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用。体内抗菌试验表明 ,复方石韦片 15g/kg对小鼠体内大肠埃希氏菌O111B4 和变形杆菌致死感染有一定的保护作用。抗炎和利尿实验表明 ,复方石韦片 15 g/kg ,5 g/kg ,1g/kg可抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀和棉球肉芽肿增生 ,5g/kg,1g/kg对水负荷大鼠均有不同程度的利尿作用。 结论 :复方石韦片具有清热、消炎、解毒、燥湿、利尿之功效。

Objective:To investigate the anti bacteria, anti inflammatory, diuresis action in vitro.Methods:In vivo and in vitro anti bacterium test, tests of rat foot swelling induced by carrageenin, cotton ball granulomatous hyperplasia, and rat water load diuresis action.Results: Compound Shiwei Tablets, in dosages of 2g/ml, 1g/ml and 0.5g/ml, could inhibit several bacteria inducing urinary system infection at different degree. It possessed a certain protection on the lethal infection of Escherichia coli O 111 B 4 and Bacillus Proteus in mouse body (in a dosage of 15g/kg). Conclusions: Compound Shiwei Tablets can inhibit the rat foot swelling induced by carrageenin and cotton ball granulomatous hyperplasia (in dosages of 15g/kg, 5g/kg and 1g/kg). It also possesses diuresis action at different degree on rat water load (in dosages of 5g/kg and 1g/kg).
