Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oil in Anaphalis Margaritacea

目的 :分析珠光香青挥发油的化学成分。方法 :采用GC MS联用法对珠光香青挥发油的化学成分进行分离和鉴别。结果 :挥发油含量为 0 .4% ,14种成分全部被鉴定。主要成分为石竹烯 19.5 %。结论 :87.9%为倍半萜 ,其分子较大 ,香气保留时间较长。

Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Anaphalis Margaritacea.Methods: The separation and identification of volatile oil of Anaphalis Margartacea were carried out by GC MS method.Results: The content of volatile oil was 0.4%. 14 compounds were separated and identified. Main compounds was 19.5% caryophyllene. Conclusions: 87.9% of compounds is sesquiterpenes. Its molecule is larger and aroma is durable.
