摘要
对法国标致雪铁龙集团的曲轴疲劳强度测试新方法进行了详细介绍。该方法包含重复法和阶梯法。重复法是通过试验载荷不断收敛逐渐接近预期的疲劳强度的试验方法;阶梯法是将载荷按照算术级数间隔的应力水平阶梯进行升降变换,通过断裂和不断裂顺序界定疲劳强度。通过这两种方法的综合应用,能够快速高效地测试曲轴疲劳强度和离散度。新方法目前被神龙汽车公司引进并应用,是一种非常具有推广价值的疲劳强度测试新方法。
A detail description was given about the new method which including repetition and staircase for fatigue strength testing of crankshaft in PSA (Peugeot Citroen Group) France. Repetition :method is the testing method which keep convergencing test load to get closer to the expected fatigue limit, and in staircase method, the load data lifting transform according to interval arithmetic progression stress level, defining the fatigue strength from the order of fracture and non-fracture. By integrated these two methods, the fatigue strength could be tested quickly and efficiently. The new method now had already been introduced and applied in DPCA, and turned to be with high promotional value.
