摘要
以铝合金隔热型材用聚酰胺隔热条为研究对象,比较了GB/T 1033.1-2008规定的非泡沫塑料密度测定中的浸渍法与GB/T 1423-1996规定的贵金属密度测试法所测得的结果,通过理论计算说明两者的偏差不是误差,而是由于公式应用不当引起的。GB/T 1033.1-2008中的浸渍法只在极限情形,即金属丝的影响可忽略时才成立,一般试验条件并不满足此极限要求,而GB/T 1423-1996中的贵金属密度测定法更具有合理性和普遍性。
The density of thermal barrier strips of polyamide used for thermal barrier profiles of aluminum alloy determined by immersion method in GB/T 1033. 1- 2008 was compared with the results given by method of determining the density for precious metals in GB/T 1423-1996. Theoretical calculation showed that the deviation of density caused not by experimental error, but by improper formula application. Immersion method in GB/T 1033.1-2008 proofed correct only under the limitation in which the effect of wire could be ignored. As normal test conditions fail to satisfy such limitation requirement, method in GB/T 1423-1996 is recommended in consideration of its rationalities and universality.
