血管内皮细胞生长因子在乙型肝炎肝组织表达的病理意义

Pathological significance of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in liver tissue of hepatitis B

目的研究血管内皮细胞生长因子（ＶＥＧＦ）与乙型肝炎（乙肝）分级（Ｇ）和分期（Ｓ）的关系。方法２００ 例乙肝活检肝标本用ＶＥＧＦ单克隆抗体进行免疫组化（Ｓ－Ｐ法）染色。结果ＶＥＧＦ在肝组织表达有胞浆型、膜窦型及窦内皮细胞型；ＶＥＧＦ主要由肝细胞分泌，其次在肝窦内皮细胞、贮脂细胞、成肌纤维细胞及单型核细胞也示阳性。无明显病变的血管内皮细胞及肝细胞ＶＥＧＦ染色阴性。提示随分级增高ＴＥＧＦ表达增强，其间有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而Ｓ低分值者ＶＥＧＦ多示阳性表达，Ｓ较高分值者其多为强阳性表达，两者有明显不同（Ｐ＜０． ０１）。结论 ＶＥＧＦ表达与乙肝 Ｇ和 Ｓ呈正相关。

Objective To study the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and grading (G) and staging (S) of hepatitis B (HB). Methods Immunohistochemical staining (S- P method)was performed with VEGF monoclonal antibody in 200 cases of HB. Results The expression types of VEGF in liver tissue were plasma type,sinusoid membrane type and sinusoid endothelial cells type. VEGF was mainly secreted by hepatocytes,and was also positively expressed in liver sinusoid endothelial cells, fat-storing cells,myofibroblast and monomorphic nucleus cells. And it was negative in vascular endothelial cells and hepatocytes which had not signficant damage. It suggested that the expression of VEGF increased with the increase of G,there was significant difference (P<0. 01 ) ; VEGF in those whose value of S was lower was postively expressed, while in those with higher S value was strongly positively expressed,there was also significant difference(p<0. 01 ). Conclusion The expression of VEGF is positively related with G and S of HB.
