摘要
目的探讨风湿性关节炎患者红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法用免疫学技术测定 ３４例风湿性关节炎患者红细胞Ｃ３ｂ。受体花环及免疫复合物花环（Ｃｉｃ）水平。结果风湿性关节炎患者组红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环低于正常人、红细胞免疫复合物花环高于正常人，免疫复合物水平高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环与血清免疫复合物之间无相关关系（ｒ＝－０．２３２，Ｐ＞０．０５）。红细胞免疫复合物花环与血清Ｃｉｃ水平呈正相关（ｒ＝０４３８５、Ｐ＜Ｏ．０１）。结论测定风湿性关节炎患者的红细胞免疫功能，对了解患者的免疫状态具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To study the change of immune function of erythrocyte in patients with rheumatic arthritis. Methods Thirty-one patients with rheumatic arthritis were tested immunologically for the levels of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette and serum circulating immune complex (Cic ) rostte. Resullts Erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette level in patient with rheumatic arthritis was lower than that in control (P<0. 01 ), hut erythrocyte immune complex rosette and serum circulating immune complex in patient with rheumatic archritis were higher than those in control (P<0. 01 ). Conclusions The results show that the deTection of erythocyte Immune function has important value in understanging the immune state of the patients with rheumatic arthritis.
