经胸实时三维超声心动图对右室双出口的诊断意义

Diagnostic significance of transthoracic real-time 3-dimensional echocardiography in double outlet right ventricle

目的探讨经胸实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)对右室双出口(DORV)的诊断意义。方法应用超声诊断仪对36名初诊DORV患者进行经胸RT-3DE检查,分析术后诊断结果。结果 36例术后确诊DORV34例,超声误诊2例,确诊率为94.4%。经胸RT-3DE可实时立体地显示大动脉空间走行及其与心室的连接关系,对室间隔缺损大小及位置作出准确判断。结论经胸RT-3DE在DORV检查中能提供直观的三维剖视图,对手术方式的选择有重要指导意义。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of transthoracic real-time 3-dimensional echocardiography （RT-3DE） in double outlet right ventricle （DORV）. Methods Thirty-six cases of DORV underwent the transthoracic RT-3DE, followed by surgical therapy. Results According to the results of cardiac surgery, 34 patients were definitely diagnosed as DORV by RT-3DE, with the diagnostic rate being 94.4%. Transthoracic RT-3DE displayed the spatial routes of large arteries and their connection to the ventricles in real-time, and the size and position of ventricular septal defect. Conclusion Transthoracie RT-3DE can provide the 3-dimensional section views of DORV, which is helpful for the selection of operation methods.
